ORGANIC SYNTHESIS

The Organic Synthesis section of Synthesia Research includes activities aimed to companies that produce, use or simply marketing, intermediates, APIs and fine chemicals and who are in need of laboratory samples of experimental products. These include also samples for pharmacological, toxicological and clinical studies, reference standards, biomarkers and intermediate for combinatorial synthesis.
Access to outsourcing services of Synthesia Research is also a great opportunity for small enterprises which, lacking of internal research centres, are forced to give up some interesting innovations or products.

Synthesia Research offers services of:

• bibliographic research
• "custom synthesis" of new molecules not commercially availables
• study and development of synthetic innovative strategies for products covered by patent, using our own know-hows or pursuing methodologies provided by the customer
• study of improved industrial process in order to meet new needs in terms of quality, environment and security
• process optimization and validation
• analytical methods development and validation
• isolation, characterization and preparation of metabolites and found/potential impurities of APIs
• preparation of reference standards and rare chemical compounds
• polymorphism studies
• extraction and purification of molecules of interest from pharmaceutical /cosmetic/nutriceutical complex matrices.

Synthesia Research works in a laboratory properly equipped to perform multistep synthesis, in respect of safety rules and in accordance with the criteria required by the Quality Manual in force within the company.

Synthesia Research is able to prepare samples in variable quantities from 1 MG to 100 G. It can operate in the range of temperature between 80 and +250 °C and, if required, in an inert atmosphere (Argon and Nitrogen). Synthesia Research is also empowered to the use of toxic gas (Hydrofluoric acid, ammonia, chlorine).

All the samples provided by Synthesia Research come with certificate of analysis and the original plots. On specific request of the customer and in accordance with the agreements of confidentiality, are drawn up and forwarded technical data reports about applied synthetic methods.
